Difford's Encyclopedia of Cocktails
Previously titled "Sauceguide to Cocktails", this is the seventh edition of a book that's widely regarded by the press and the drinks industry as the most complete and authoritative cocktail publication available.

Leading the pack yet again, TIB is the first bartending school in Canada to use the difforsguide as our master cocktail training guide. The difforsguide is a global industry standard for cocktail recipe books and contains correct recipes as they were origianlly made.

This latest version, Difford's Encyclopedia of Cocktails, is a complete compulation of recipes ranging from the classics, to new trends and variations from bar professionals all over the world.
