2008 National Bridal Show
Thank you to all the show attendees that visited TIB's Cocktail Club booth at the 2008 Spring National Bridal Show. The show was a huge success and everyone really enjoyed both the Midori Sour and Zentini recipes that were showcased.

 Midori Sour
2 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Shake well over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Zentini
1 oz Zen Green Tea Liqueur
1 oz Polar Ice Vodka
2 oz Ocean Spray White Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
6 Mint Leaves
Shake all ingredients well over ice including mint leaves and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
