If you missed our 2007 class, you can’t afford to miss this one! The Dean of Mott’s* Clamato* Caesar School and Toronto Institute of Bartending founder, Len Fragomeni, is back for an evening of expert tips and delicious recipes centered around this truly Canadian masterpiece: the Caesar Cocktail.

Gain key insight into cocktail preparation from classic to exotic variations. You will learn, hands-on, the latest techniques for preparing this exciting cocktail, including its history, glassware, ingredients, unique garnishes and how to choose the appropriate spirits. These delicious Caesar cocktails will also be paired with mouth-watering appetizer ideas. All Caesar School students will receive an exclusive Mott’s Clamato Caesar Kit valued at over $75!

LCBO Lifestyle Events are fun and inspiring events, which take place in our Event Kitchens. These classes offer entertaining and educational evenings on a variety of topics, from tips on hosting your own wine and cheese party to entertaining with deluxe cookware inspired by the current issue of Food & Drink magazine. Each class features an educational section on the use of beverage alcohol linked directly to the classes’ theme.
